WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

All of our packages ship from our global suppliers in the USA and China. Items fulfilled by US warehouse ship via USPS. Items fulfilled in China will ship via China Post or EMS ePacket.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we offer FREE Shipping Worldwide! Please note there are a few countries and islands that we are unable to ship to.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES?

Customs and duty fees are not included. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay local customs and duty fees that may incur when the package arrives at its destination. Please contact your local customs office to determine if any additional fees apply.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Our products ship directly from our global suppliers and will arrive within *10-20 days. International orders may take 30+ days for delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by local customs in the destination country. *Please allow for 2-3 days processing time for all orders.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
