Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Initial shipping fees are nonrefundable. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchange Shipping

You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. For your protection, returns should be shipped with a tracking number. You must also include “RETURN, NO DUTIES” on the package label, or package will be returned to you.
